To the Montana & Wyoming Staff and Friends
Dear Ones to me,
You have all become very special to me over the last 29 years and especially in these last few days. Your love & fellowship in Christ Jesus our Lord has been greatly appreciated.
I have made the decision to step away from my responsibilities as an overseer and my active part in our Lord’s Ministry here in Montana & Wyoming.
I’m aware that I need some time to focus diligently upon some things that have hindered me in my labors and feel it is necessary for me to seek some professional help, and have already begun the process.
I am deeply sorry that my situation has added more stress and suffering to you all at this time. My heart’s prayer for each and every one of you is that you will continue to trust in the True and Living God and allow Him to show His care and keep you through these difficult days.
I know there are going to be many questions yet arising in your minds & hearts. Although there are many unknowns we pray and trust things will unfold for each of us in God’s perfect wisdom and grace. Psalm 40 has been good for me the last while: “I waited patiently for the Lord…” We are assured God is looking over the needs here in Montana & Wyoming.

Absolutely the right move; took a little too long.
I was on the Advocates Zoom Town Meeting last night. Well over 500 attendees. Dr Bolin, Lauren and Cynthia, and an ex-FBI agent were very informative of the actions being taken to help victims and assist the FBI in bringing perpetrators to justice. I think anyone, be they overseer, worker, elder, or other, that has an allegation of CSA or SA against them, or an allegation of covering up these crimes, should be VERY scared. Lets see how this unfolds.

This reprobate had to be dragged kicking and screaming and it wasn’t until faced with undeniable evidence (i.e. he was trapped), that this outcome is arrived at. To other ministers, young and old, junior to senior, we can’t hear what you’re saying because your actions are speaking too loudly.
…but…it’s the one true way. Led by the spirit of God.
Lots of free time to study silence now.
Now that’s just cold. Funny, but cold. My type of humor.

For the record: I have noticed some commenters refer to Heide Bryant . Approx two years ago Heide Bryant took the higher road when she became the bride of Eldon Coles, also ex Montana, Wyoming worker. Please wish them well. This has been kept very low level. The worker with Tami Carr is Heide Henderson. From David Cronk, Torrington Wy. BTW, our “handling” six years ago was by rauscher, corfield, carolyn jacobson, and orlinda williams. I think I was rauschers first “assignment” after his elevation to oseer by bruer.
Thank you, David, for this clarification. Without a current MT/WY worker list, it would be easy to confuse the two women named Heidi.
I wonder why the Bryant/Coles marriage has been kept “very low level”? The marriage of a man and woman should be joyfully celebrated. God instructed, sanctioned, honored, and blessed marriage from the beginning of time. It was only just 100 years ago that the workers decided they knew better than God and determined “true ministers” would be celibate.
As a young person, with a lifetime of choices ahead of me, I was fully aware that choosing marriage was second best. Giving up marriage and going into the work was the “highest choice”.
As many others have previously mentioned, the celibacy demanded by man, not God, is part of the cause for the CSA/SA crisis.
Not sure what is meant by “kept very low level”….I know them both. If there were ever two people to not make a big deal out of something it was those two. Very grounded folks (in my experience).

Can one imagine? It is stranger than fiction. Yes, there is a story behind nelson also. Is that where Ira Hobbs got his drugs? Ira is an old man. He will go down kicking and screaming he is innocent. Just while we try to tear all this horrific mind control out of our brain!
Scott Rauscher, the man with the utmost respect and integrity, it would be interesting to know what amount of hard earned friends (including widow estate) funds he took with him on the way out the back door….
