Mandatory Reporting–Worldwide

WINGS periodically updates this file to include revised reporting requirements around the world. The table shows statutory requirements for mandatory reporting. In addition, there may be professional or other civil obligations to report. And the moral “Gold Standard” is to report to the appropriate authorities all allegations of abuse to anyone 18 years or under.
