Dear friends and workers in CA, AZ, W. NV, HI, and Guam,
We feel it best to send out some updated information on our current CSA procedure.
Many have been working diligently these past months to investigate CSA concerns and allegations within the fellowship in our region. All of these incidents are tragic and we grieve for the pain and sorrow they have caused all of us, most especially those who are survivors of abuse.
We want to do all we can to be a help to the survivors. All allegations brought to us are taken very seriously.
All current allegations have been reported to the authorities.
We also want you to know that some of our friends have offered financial assistance for any survivors of CSA who need help in covering counseling costs. Please feel free to reach out to any of the workers on our staff if you need help with this.
It has been arranged that individuals who have a record of any CSA offenses are meeting only with those who know there have been offenses and volunteer to meet with them. They have been asked to not attend public meetings like gospel meetings, special meetings and conventions.
Thanks for all your help and prayers during these difficult days.

Harold & Company. After all this time, it seems you are finally beginning to get the political wording correct. Now its time to put your money where your mouth is……literally.
instead of asking the friends to donate to the victims – through the Workers. How about the Workers put some money aside that you have already collected and are still collecting on a daily basis … we know you have plenty of it – we are capable of doing math – You know…the money you use to send Workers all over the world……that fund. The one controlled by you, Ed, Dale, and the nice couple in LA…. Use some of that money for victims.
Do this, and then you will demonstrate that you really do want to do what is right for the victims.

It doesn’t ask for money it says money is available from some friends, and the workers could help direct victims to the funds.
I for one am getting tired of misquotes and misinformation on this site
You missed the point, didn’t you? That’s called diversion.
Maybe you can nudge your leaders to set aside some of their funds for the many victims that are suffering due to their mishandling of just about everything.

No I didn’t miss the point. The point is that there are some friends who have offered to support the victims. You have turned it to trying to tell the workers how to spend the money given to them by other friends . Of course you have no way of knowing how much they have or what the needs are. Perhaps we should all get an accounting of where your money is going. Who knows what you might be wasting it on?
Hmmmm after over 100 years of child molesters and rapists the spirit is surely guiding now right? After 600+ perps reported in just 5 months out of no where? Empathy from THE Ministry to victims and survivors is showing up now!? But what about all the victims and families you told to leave with their bad bitter spirit while you protected the vile evilness in meeting? True colors. Sad. Disgusted. Generations of lies and destruction.
DelShirley1 – you are conveniently missing the point that the vast majority of us are accountable to the IRS, husbands/wives, or at work for money. The 2x2s system isn’t accountable to anyone except the top overseers. Only they know which elders hold accounts and how much is in them. Of course they should be using their millions for victims instead of international jetsetting to “visit” far-flung places for (closed to outsiders) conventions or “overseer meetings”.
I suppose you would say the same of Paul and his companions as they traveled around the world visiting the various churches scattered throughout the known world?
Shirley…..I guess I just assumed you would be intelligent enough to know that there is a huge difference between the money I earn for myself, and money donated to your leaders…. supposedly like in the bible…..when the church passed the money bag, Paul received it and told them exactly where it was going. To the poor in Jerusalem. Maybe I shouldn’t’ve assumed you would know that there is a world of difference. Not sure if you read the bible, but the money is not the Worker’s….It has been entrusted to them to distribute to those in need. There SHOULD be no reason for non-transparency. Oh…but thats only according to the bible.

Shirley…..people like Dean Brewer depend on people like you. You facilitate their evil. Where money is, there will be temptations of many kinds……take away transparency, and there WILL, (not maybe), there will be those that give to the temptation. Larry Greenaway spoke once at convention and admitted this….and I respect him immensely for admitting it….He said he was in front of an adult bookstore one time. He said that the only thing that kept him from the temptation of going in was he was afraid someone would see him. Thats a man that was willing to speak truth.
Now, back to the point of my original post;
If Harold really wants to do right for the thousands of CSA and SA victims….he won’t sit by idly hording the massive money they have and are collecting on a daily basis, but instead will let us know (transparency) that they are contributing to the fund to help these people that their lives have been destroyed. If Harold and Company do not use OUR funds to help them, then his letter is NOT sincere, and he really does not care about all these destroyed lives. If Harold continues to just depend on the “Friends” who DO care and have contributed specifically for victims….then he DOES NOT care about victims. His letter is strictly political.
Thanks for the compliment on my intelligence. Your referring to the collection made for the poor saints at Jerusalem that Paul had a part in bringing to them is interesting. Do you really believe that was the only funds given to Paul and his companions for the gospels sake? No money given for their travels or other expenses in going forth with the gospel? You are ether very naive or disingenuous.
It’s also in the Bible that Jesus and His apostles had money. Judas held the money bag. The night that Judas went out to betray Jesus the other apostles were perplexed about why Jesus sent him out and reasoned among themselves, maybe He sent him to buy food for their needs or give to the poor.
Just read your bible. Maybe do a study so you don’t have to use the word “maybe”. You could start with 1st Cor 16….but work your way from there. Read how Paul explained that he worked for his own living and travels.
Again….I know you many love secrecy…. that does raise the question on what they want to hide… The secrecy is also about control. But as a sycophant, you probably don’t have any bad intensions yourself – I would guess…..you are just that….a sycophant. Every religion has them. The more cultish the religion, the more sycophants you will find within the sect.
Once again I stray from the original point; If Harold, Ed, Scott, and others really mean what they say, they will speak with actions. Not words. Words are meaningless without actions. They will use the funds that are used to send many workers on world tours every year. If they need to sacrifice a few world tours to make it happen….do be it. Show you really do care. Lets see something beyond words.

delshirley1, we are impressed with your knowledge of scripture; Now we pray God will be able to “open your heart” as God did for Lydia in Acts 16:14-:15 when she heard Paul and Timotheus at city of Thyatira.

What were those WORDS? It does’t say; but Eph. 3:1-:9, 1:12-13, 2:4-:9,
1 Cor. 15:1-4, and Romans 3:21-:26 give a big look at the Gospel God through Faith of Christ”committed unto Paul” to preach to the Gentiles.
As Paul writes to the Gentiles at Galicia; the reason he, Paul went up to Jerusalem in Acts 15:1-:6. The reason Paul had to correct the 12 apostles and elders of the the Gospel of the kingdom earth was Galatians 2:4-:5.
AND to explain to them Galatians 2:7 1. The “Gospel” of “Uncircumcision” WAS committed unto Paul
AS, 2. the “Gospel” of “Circumcision” was committed ‘unto Peter.
YES, there are two Gospels. Yes, God was able to “reveal” HIS mystery=Ephesians 3:3 and :9 to Paul. ((Deuteronomy 29:29)) Now that Gospel is ours and our children’s. We cannot fail our children.
We must hold those accountable; WHO have committed CSA/SA without conscience; while those who are destroying those who protest; even while preaching a “False Gospel” in the name of Our God and Saviour: Jesus Christ. Is THAT Possible? Our responsibility is Learn and Know what God has revealed. You state: God has revealed, now ask for God to open your heart to understand what God has revealed.
You are so right, Paul did give the example of one who preached the gospel with no charge to those who heard. There were even times when he refused to take money from some. Times when he said he robbed other churches so that he could do so.
The first time that we heard of this ministry in our day we heard about two workers volunteering to help a rancher redo his roof on his two story house. The one worker carried the shingles up the ladder all day doing the brunt of the work. At the end of the day the reacher had them stay for a meal. After the meal he got out his check book to pay them for their days wages. They refused his check. The rancher said I have to do something for your hard work. The worker replied, well we are having a gospel meeting in town, you could come and listen. That was the beginning of a new life for the rancher and his wife, and ultimately for us. Freely you have received freely give.
delshirley1: It is good you are able to read Paul’s actions. Now we challenge you to learn the “Doctrine of the “Dispensation of the Grace of God” which is given to Paul to —“us ward”.
Concerning money: you have been told NOW 3 times to read:
1 Corinthians 9:18 THAT I abuse NOT my power in the gospel.
THAT is about money! Why are Lawyers required for protection?
The subject here on this site is the “abuse” of CSA/SA and their refusal to acknowledge that and their responsibility:, which leads to abuse of many other things within their control; yes, many things. Not just money.
Their ability to NOT read God’s Word as written is also a main contributing factor of “satan’. And then MISLEAD any who will listen. That must be a tactic of “satan”; that is very convincing.
What a warm, feely, soft and fuzzy reason; you give for your belief.
Yes, we have heard many similar stories from ‘old timers’. AND will admit that our hearts were convinced again and again that was proof of God’s Only One True Way. SOOO, it was a brutal learning curve to actually read God’s word as written.Their ministry was and is a farce of actual scripture.
Then the dean B story broke wide open. The amazing thing is: regardless of who we have talked to about this abuse: everyone recollects something that THEY knew of: BUT it is “the way is perfect” — the people are NOT!
You state Paul and his companions travelled around the world. YES, you need to also read the conditions and the trials. 1 Corinthians 11:23 -:33.
Are you ready to go for a world wide cruise like this! AND work your own way? Paul worked his own hands for needs of himself and those with him!
You have NO IDEA what the Gospel of Grace, nor the Gospel of the Kingdom; IS! You need for God to “reveal to you” what abuse is and the criminal laws concerning. What is the sentence and cost to repay the victim.
Also what is actually written for our ‘learning’ and what is written for our ‘obedience’.
Shirley, you almost got it. Not only did Paul not charge for preaching the gospel. He supported himself. The money that was collected by the church…he simply delivered to the poor. The people in need. He said he would rather die than use it for his own needs.
That’s a nice story you told. There have been, and there continues to be a lot of good Workers out there. Unfortunately there are a lot of bad ones as well. Our overseers and head Workers have proven themselves to be corrupt…and there’s a good chance some didn’t even realize it. Moving perps around so they could destroy more lives. Covering it all up. Its not even just immoral, its criminal! Even criminals in jail would not put up with them. Even prisoners have higher morals! So When I see a letter of apology from Harold and Scott, and other Workers that have been responsible for this criminal behavior, I am very skeptical. Then when its all words, and no action, I know that the letter is insincere. Its political. FYI…..Did you see the Scott Rauscher and John Siems visit with the Professing couple? Basically Scott told them that Dean Brewer should have been more diligent in wiping his computer clean. He is against CSA policy, and he doesn’t think CSA perps should be talked about because its defamation of character. AMAZING!
Again…..Harold & Company…show us you’re sincere by doing something besides talk for the victims. Otherwise, you are in the corner with Scott Rauscher and John Siems.

11Cor 9 -7Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely?
8 I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.
9 And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was lacking to me the brethren which came from Macedonia supplied: and in all things I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and so will I keep myself.
There were some special problems among the brethren at Corinth thatPaul was dealing with which caused him to not take money for his preaching there. So he states that other churches and the Macedonians I particular supplied his needs. Can we get off this kick about falsely saying Paul never took wages or support from the friends?
What about 1st Thes 2:9? “Remember, brothers, our labor and toil: we worked night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, while we proclaimed to you the gospel of God.”
I will let this be all on this subject though. This site is not to argue scripture. Its for those who have suffered CSA and SA by our Church and ministry. The point of my original post was that if the ministers apologizing for all the damage were sincere, then they would donate money for the healing of the victims. Yes, they have a substantial amount of money. We do know that. Most of the “Friends” know this. Yes, they use it for traveling around the world. Some is used for supporting workers laboring in foreign countries. If you don’t, then you are more naive than most of the Friends.
The very least they could do is release their hold on some of the money they are holding and help these poor victims who need help. Do you not agree? Its very sad, and tragic if you don’t. If you don’t agree, I have nothing more to say to you. If you don’t agree, you are calloused and you don’t even know what it is to love and care for your brethren.
Why doesn’t Scott tell us who and under what circumstances he heard about ‘the gospel’ or ‘the truth’?
Several months ago we were very pleased that outer overseer said he had made funds available for the victims.
It is good that there is finally help for the victims. I was wondering if these are the same folks who for decades have quietly been helping victims all along. In the past this was called Christian charity and you helped because it was the right thing. It is like taking a young person into your home til they are able to make it. For one reason or another families in the fellowship managed to meet the need- short term money needs, a safe place to rest and providing jobs where able. This what Christ meant giving freely- not requiring recognition from man or a ministry.
Those folks who have been there in the past will be there in the future- the ministry does not need to monitor, The ministry failed in the past- the future does not look much different . Put your faith and trust in God and Christ. We know many in the ministry are struggling. Turn to God he will bring you safely thru.
Truth? I loved your post. Lots of truth about those who have silently reached out in the past to help the down trodden. Seeking no recognition for their deeds. Doing unto others as they would have them do to them.I have felt the kind hands, the understanding hearts. You say the ministry has failed in the past. Welcertainly know of many who were in the ministry who failed, some tradgecly. First there was a Judas, then Paul spoke of false apostles in Corinth, and it has continues to our day. But in spite of the failures of some, I believe there are many that have touched my life who are silently reaching out to the down trodden, the poor. Unrecognized by most but loved by the Lord of the harvest.
And Jesus CHOSE Judas…
Who’s choosing workers today or last 100 years? Pedos choosing pedos. No standards. Sell your bike and you’re in!! Judas didn’t rape or molest children.
Reality: Most of the help is coming from the outside. Advocates for Truth (ex 2x2ers) has raised quite a bit of money. They are continuing to raise money for victims. Money donated by both inside and outside. This is where victims that need help have received, and continue to receive most of their help. These are also the ones that are responsible for exposing all the filth inside. The ministry has failed, and continues to fail. Advocates is doing everything transparently. The ministry continues to hide everything they are doing (or mainly not doing). Its a crime really, but many on the inside just blindly stick their head in the sand, believe what they are told that they shouldn’t read all that’s going on in their own organization that is ran by Overseers and senior Workers that have proven that they really don’t care about any of this other than the fact that it looks bad. Their goal is to get everything back to status quo. Back to the secrecy and non transparency that helps insure their high positions of power in the hierarchy. I am sorry to burst your bubble but this is how it is unfortunately. And yes, there are few good men and women on the inside. Even the ones with their heads in the sand which is pretty much how you need to operate to be able to stay inside,

Good comment. There are ZERO good people in the ministry, if they were good then they would have left long ago. Why Zero? Because they are either corrupt or they lack courage to stand up against corruption. It’s not hard to say, “kid fiddling is wrong and I won’t cover it up”. But no, they just pass the buck to the Overseers, who are as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. Then they say, “Oh, we cannot institute any oversight because we must be Spirit-led”. Good grief, what sorts of people are willing to swallow these whoppers??

Now you are saying you have all this proof that the majority of money for the victims is coming from this outside organization? I would sure like to see your proof.
