Subject: Letters from Jim and Ray

Dear Friends,

I will share the attached letter from Ray which I wholeheartedly agree with. We are very sorry for the pain, sorrow and misunderstanding that victims of Child Sexual Abuse have faced, and we want to do what we can to help them. As Ray mentions they are planning to have some open dialogue with friends in different areas, and we will try to do the same. We are still working on some of the details about where and when we will have them.

Your brother, Jim

————————————————–

Dear Friends,

It seems best to me to just speak from my heart in this letter.

We all have been distressed by the recent disclosures of criminal and immoral offenses by our fellow workers and also friends. I acknowledge that our ignorance and lack of education and awareness on CSA has allowed perpetrators to continue to victimize innocent children among us. And we condemn this. Victims have suffered more because of our lacks and I deeply apologize for this. I am deeply sorry for the betrayal of trust that has caused many to doubt the integrity of the ministry and those in positions of responsibility.

More recently we have become much more aware of the various aspects of CSA, the lifelong damage to the victims, the ways of the perpetrator etc., and we are so thankful for those who are helping us to become more educated.

The CSA victims are 100% innocent in every case. They have been made to feel guilty and ashamed, when actually the opposite is true. We have failed to meet the victim’s great need for understanding, compassion, and care. I have a deep respect for the victims among us. They have fought and are fighting a lifelong battle, and in many cases, without the understanding of workers, friends and sometimes even family members. They have been deprived of enjoying the fellowship among us, and even their fellowship with God could be affected. Through this many have endured the suffering and continue plodding on. We so much admire them.

Going forward we want to be open to have dialogue with our friends who would like to talk about this troubling issue amongst us. So we will make a plan for each field for workers to visit to have some open dialogue, likely bringing two or three meetings together for this opportunity. We hope to have brother and sister workers present, and a moderator or facilitator to guide the discussion, coming from one of the friends in the area that is respected for their wisdom. Attendance would be on a volunteer basis. More details will be forthcoming as far as when.

We are a forward moving people, keeping our eternal goal in mind. The Master is purging His family and we know He wants us to care for the victims. We want to be willing for this purging and remain on the Vine so the fruit of His efforts could come forth to make us more ready for our Bridegroom’s return. We want to be part of the solution not part of the problem, as we have been in the past.

Your brother,

Ray

  1. Ray,

While it sounds NICE and SINCERE, you all are NOT GETTING IT! It is NOT only about sexual assault, it is the culture secrecy and the natural inclination to HIDE and COVER-UP the egregious behavior!

Talking and discussing does little to restore trust. Throughing the bad-actors out, at the FIRST hint of inappropriate behavior is a display of ACTION demonstrates sincerity of the words spoken.

Disclosing to the friends in the areas where the cancer showed up, is the LEAST you all can do.

Banning the assaulter’s from showing up at ANY meeting, demonstrates sincerity of the words spoken.

If this rant pisses some people off, GOOD! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

    1. I agree, P and D . The cultural secrecy is totally unexceptablehe and also the hierarchy enabling it.. Jesus is not a respecter of persons and neither should we be. Coming to this way in my later teens, I assumed the ministers were ‘next to God’, pure as the driven snow when it came to moral standards…that they lived, from the heart, the beautiful words they spoke from the platform. I never dreamed that between their preachings some were CSA/SA criminals and enablers…and so many! God is truly purging now. He’s had enough. The rug isn’t big enough to hide any more perpetrators. In fact, it’s shrinking, thanks to WIngs for Truth. Thank you for letting God use you to help with the cleansing. The financial part, hierarchy, secrecy, control and especially the SCA/SA break my heart now that I see it. There are no words to express my dissapointmant and disgust. Our Dear Father is showing us this to teach us that JESUS is the ONLY way, truth and life…no man or system. And He is reliable…eternally~

      1. ‘Let there be light’, I think it depends on your country as to how indoctrinated you have been about the history of our current church.

Our overseer spoke at a Special Meeting approx 28 years ago, acknowledging that this fellowship group has its origins in Ireland in the early 1900s. Which is why I find it hard now to understand how so many people are focused on that when to me it is irrelevant.

It seems USA/Canada has been a lot more ‘sheltered’ around things like this than other parts of the globe.

For years I have also not believed that members of our church are the only ones who will get to heaven. As Jesus said “other sheep I have who are not of this fold”.

    2. I’ve been watching programs on cults. Here’s what we have in common with cults.
      1. Child sexual abuse
      2. Cover up of child sexual abuse
      3. Women have no say where it comes to important decisions
      4. Rules, lots of rules such as
      A. Women must have long hair
      B. Women’s hair should be worn on top of her head, no makeup, no pants, etc.
      C. “The truth “ is the only way to get to heaven.
      D. Don’t question the beliefs, blindly follow them.
      E. You are a bad parent if you don’t spank your children. (That one might only be true in the family I married into), a few others were; no long wedding dresses, no bridal showers, veils, etc.
      F. No tv in the home

I’m sorry if this is offensive but it’s something to think about.

      1. While individuals’ experience vary dependent on family, time era, and location, overall the Truth checks most of the boxes to be considered a cult. At best, it has cult-like or a cult of personalities.

With that said, no matter the characterization, bad ideology hurts people. The Truth is based on inaccurate interpretation of Matthew 10. Jesus said leave all, not sell all and sent the apostles out for a short time periods. The workers do not meet the criteria to be an apostle and do not and cannot do what Jesus called the apostles to do.

Unscriptural and unnecessary sacrifices will continue to result in immoral and criminal behavior. Stop sacrificing children because of a misinterpretation of the Bible. If God supported this doctrine the Truth would be growing not dying out.

Lastly, if workers do not address and acknowledge the group’s history and founder (Google 2×2), the deception and withholding will continue. It is so important to understand a group’s history because even though every generation adds its own variation, the history creates the foundation.

Withholding is deception. Deception is lying. Lying hurts people.

      2. I agree some did grow up with that understanding, because the workers from years past were bringing their baggage from the previous religions that they had originally been affiliated with and had left behind. It’s been interesting even here in my state to visit with those all around, and how different each of our experiences have been.
My experience: I had no idea grown ups would ever hurt a child, until I was in my teens, and a family member three years younger than I and a friend of ours had an attempt on them by a brother worker from Canada (Dan Douglass) that was a childhood friend of my father’s (he was booted from the work, and it was right following, that they realized he had been harming children in his foreign country for many years). So, I was unaware that anyone was covering anything up until our oldest son came to my husband because it word of it was spreading like wildfire! I never liked Dean, and from the time I first met him at a Gospel Meeting I wanted to get up and run out…the hair on my arms/back of my neck would just stand up immediately.
I have never seen anything about “women have no say”, because I have addressed several issues – head on – and never been told to be quiet, nor was I ever disregarded. Maybe it’s because I’m well known here? Or maybe it’s the way I present things? I don’t know.
I did see that in some areas workers were pounding on rules, and they would come to convention to bring their message to people in other areas where theri field didn’t cover (ie: The hem of women’s/girls dresses were to be exactly 4 ” from their ankle, no pants, hair up, ect.), but, we just let it run off as “opinion” because the Bible said nothing of that sort. I was taught, to accept the answers given – IF I ASKED, but I really should just pray about things, and you don’t have to listen to unsolicited advice. Plus, we were cautioned to tell our parents if the workers ever said anything personal to us, as they were guests in our home, that were there to Fit In with our family, and bring the Spirit of Peace.
My parents were never told how to discipline us, but we were taught to be respectful, even in the cases that we disagreed with what we were hearing. But, we always talked about that stuff, and read the Bible to confirm or prove it was nonsense.
I did have a worker tell me she wouldn’t speak at my wedding because I hadn’t given her enough time to give her thoughts on it (it was the week before and she had just come back to my parents field, I lived in North Carolina at the time, and had flown out to Seattle to prepare for my wedding, and just thought it would be nice gesture), when I said, “Okay, no worries” she got pretty peeved…thinking I would change our wedding date to accomodate her timeline. I said, “No thank you!” I got married in a LONG wedding dress, complete with a veil/hat, and white sandals!! When she saw my wedding dress hanging at my parent’s home, she said, “I think you should think about that dress, it’s too long.” I asked her to please show me in the Bible where it talks about wedding attire. She quit speaking to me, and would roll her eyes at me when I left Gospel Meetings…I’d just smile and walk on by. I love the Kingdom of God, but I am not interested in someone’s opinion on subjects…show me the scripture! It seems the sister workers are more quick to spout off about clothing perameters and personal stuff. I’ve never had a brother say anything to me…pants, muddy boots, hair down – because I had an emergency on the farm and ran out the door! I do believe that modesty is important, because the scripture does talk about that. But, there’s definitely no other rules. I also feel, if you have time to be finding fault with other people’s attire and are judging them, you clearly aren’t spending enough time in prayer!!
Right now…I’m rising up IN RIGHTEOUSNESS to deal with this ugly snake, because the Devil has clearly been busy taking over on the days that these workers/friends are not spending time praying. They should be put out for ever – which is scriptural. That doesn’t mean they will go to hell if they truly repent, but the recidivism rate is 5% or less, and it takes DECADES of treatment (therapy, medication, and possible chemical castration – at some times even all that won’t stop them). We are seeing a small number of victims coming forward…studies show 66% won’t ever come forward because they are terrified as being labeled a victim or what wil happen to them if they do. So, for the workers to demand the victims come forward, that’s not fair. I’m not sure how we go about not reharming them, but still validating the abuse claim, but there has to be some way forward. I feel for those who might be wrongly accused in the future, but we will have law enforcement on our side to investigate as soon as it’s done, because by now EVERYONE should be aware that that’s the correct way to deal with this. It’s a crime, not just a sin.

    3. Astounded A reply to these self described innocent, Godly, Spirit led, but are woke-up too late, pretending to be innocent; devoid of ability to understand God’s WORD; but try to use God to twist their very own Lack of basic human dignity that even dastardly criminals understand and detest. Can one imagine a Shepard of the sheep destroying his flock while the owner of the flock gives the Shepard a thumbs-up as they destroys HIS own purpose for His flock.

Any who can stomach these self-called-innocent who are now claiming to want to be educated.
How could they NOT know THIS Basic Human Dignity and then claim to be blatantly unaware of the criminal nature and LAWS!
AND they want to have a friend who is “respected” be a moderator to help you PUT YOUR TRUST in their ability to be ministers?!

NOW, Any who are so willing to be lulled into ‘saving the fellowship’: are STILL under the SPELL of the soft, warm, feelingly, adroit leaders without a conscience or a brain: we want you to question(?) when these same are out from under your thumb — what will they do NEXT? They do not have the mind or will of God!, regardless of what the so desperately want you to believe.

You must disparately read God’s WORD and pray God to give you full understanding. That is hard because you MUST FIRST “unlearn” before you can learn.

  2. This is a nice sounding letter. What I was hoping to see some months ago as the scope of the problem was starting to grow and become clearer was letters like this from each overseer and then the beginning of proactive actions showing that the nice words weren’t empty. Instead we saw silence and a few reactive actions.

Now that there’s an apology, my question for Ray would be this: Advocates for the Truth called you out for being at minimum complicit with covering for predators; with that in mind, what actions are you going to take now to show that these words in your letter aren’t empty?

  3. How many large corporations in the USA or further afield could still be led by people who knew about child sex abuse and did nothing, or worse even moved perps from one area to another to create further victims? If overseers want to “step up”, they need to step into their nearest police station and also step down for being complete devoid of morals.

Also – perhaps stop pretending that this is one large (dysfunctional) family instead of facing up to the fact that it is an organization with out of touch, morally corrupt leadership at the highest levels and suffering staff at the lowest levels.

  4. We chose to create the Connected and Concerned Friends group because some of us were having repeated conversations with friends and family who felt like they were disconnected, uninformed, and quickly losing hope. These conversations led to an email chain, but the readership quickly surpassed the capabilities of that. We created our platform on June 4th, 2023 as a way to keep people updated, connected, having important conversations, and working toward positive change. In all of this, the goal is to uphold Jesus, and support the healthy examination of traditions. We believe that our relationship with Jesus is a personal endeavor, but it is enhanced by sharing our love for Him with others.

    1. While this letter isn’t perfect, and honestly based on the comments so far it’s not possible to write the perfect apology letter.
But I am happy to see this apology. Anytime someone says “I’m sorry” that’s a very positive message. Let’s be hopeful!

      1. There is only one “sorry” in this chilling letter. Sorry that the ministry cannot be trusted. That’s you, Ray Hoffman! There is no doubt about your integrity. You have shown us that you have none. And words can’t fix that, only actions. And it is only now that you may be grudgingly gaining respect for victims.

  5. The elephant in the room here is the practice of cover ups which has allowed these abuses to flourish. Not a peep from Ray or Jim. Until they come clean on that, they are still just washing the outside of the cup.

  6. Dear Ray, I’m glad you wrote this, but it feels like a collective surface group apology when what would have been appropriate and commensurate with the works you personally have done is a letter full of “I” statements with abject repentance. Please read some of the places where people repent in the Bible, (you could start with Psalm 51) and then reread your letter, and I think you will see why people will be unsatisfied with your letter. The only people who will be satisfied with it are the people who were already satisfied without it, unfortunately. Please don’t let that stop you from continuing to move in this right direction. Please realize you need to go further. Please consider that God is correcting you, personally, and it appears that, like David, your heart has become such that he can no longer correct you privately, but you are being corrected and recorrected publicly. Please let yourself be humbled, for the good of us all.

    1. This was my knee jerk thoughts and feelings upon first reading this. I wish I had waited to comment. It is how I feel, but I wish I had kept it to myself or written it in a personal email instead of here. I’m sorry to be discouraging. It is a step in the right direction.

      1. Reply to Rebekah
We don’t know if this is a step in the right direction YET. Time and committed actions that follow up these words will tell.
I thought your first response was well spoken and generous of spirit considering the issues addressed. Your second post was fine too but sometimes when we respond from our heart, before we start second-guessing ourselves, our words have more power and accuracy. You were not discouraging, you were kindly reaching out a hand in care. I have a lot to learn from you. Thank you.

      2. Rebekah, I totally agree with you. Please don’t apologise or feel bad about what you wrote. Because as you say “your heart has become such that he can no longer correct you privately”. We need comments like yours being public so that we are not silenced once again.
My first reaction in reading it was, he is finally starting to realise he may lose his ‘career and position’ and so is going into damage control mode. His sincerity (if he in genuine) will be shown by his immediate actions going forward.

    2. Rebekah, your second post adds weight to your first post, and I thank you for both. I can apply it all to myself, also, in these interesting times.

  7. These two quotes
“ We all have been distressed by the recent disclosures of criminal and immoral offenses (sp) by our fellow workers and also friends. I acknowledge that our ignorance and lack of education and awareness on CSA has allowed perpetrators to continue to victimize innocent children among us. “
“More recently we have become much more aware of the various aspects of CSA, the lifelong damage to the victims, the ways of the perpetrator etc., and we are so thankful for those who are helping us to become more educated.”
Did Ray attend his first Ministry Safe class this year? I see evidence that some workers were trained for the last 10-15 years. They would only attend such events at the bidding of overseers
I agree with the following quote and I would also add, the handling of Woodstock and more importantly what lead up to it.
“Victims have suffered more because of our lacks and I deeply apologize for this. I am deeply sorry for the betrayal of trust that has caused many to doubt the integrity of the ministry and those in positions of responsibility.”
I am not close to that situation but I am extremely hurt by all the involved workers in that instance and many many other situations. I’m not alone, our heavy cry goes up to heaven
Time will tell what truly is the abundance of the heart “I will just speak from the heart”

  8. Does the last paragraph mean you will be stepping down? You mention wanting to be willing for the purging and being part of the solution and no longer part of the problem as “we” have been in the past.

  9. Ray, what about all the other reports of sexual abuse you didn’t take action on? What about Carl Nelson? How is it that he is still in the work despite what you know and the complaints made about him? An apology is a nice first step, and at least now you understand that your actions caused harm. The question now: will you do better of is forgiving yourself your highest priority?

  10. “Going forward we want to be open to have dialogue with our friends who would like to talk about this troubling issue amongst us.

Ray Hoffman, if this is true 👆 why you didn’t answer my email that I sended to you regarding CSA ?
I wrote to you on May 26 and there is NO answer from you . How long do I need to wait for you to answer my email ?

    1. Illegal drug use, soliciting prostitutes, alcohol abuse, and sexual harassment of women as a “minister.” Not sure why his uncle (and current georgia overseer) Kelvin N. hasn’t asked him to “step aside.”

      1. He is still on the speaking list in MT this week, and speaking last in a meeting. Why is he still there and not removed from the convention grounds like some others were? Some one needs to tell Scott Rauscher.

        Who has the courage?

      2. This does need to be reported to Kelvin and the concerned friends group. Please share Carl’s history. Anyone with unsafe judgement should not be in the work!

      3. Yikes. No, he should not be on a speaking list anywhere! This isn’t a mistake, this is someone who lacks good judgment. Do not ask for names and places, as requiring victims to out themselves is not the point of this website.

      4. I have known Carl Nelson from the day he went in the work. There is no record
that I know of in NC,NM,GA, nor Fl regarding these imaginations. Carl was in college a couple of years before he went in the work. So my opinion is this is only a rumor someone is trying to start. Furthermore, as to Kelvin N. being his uncle is likely not true. So I ask again where and when did all this happen? I am not asking for names. Only where and when.

      5. Don’t think it is true that Kelvin N. is Carl’s uncle. If you are so sure of these imaginations about Carl you should post where and when this occurred. We don’t want names. Otherwise you claims are invalid.

  11. I agree with most of the comments here. Ray’s letter is totally disingenuous. How could he not have known that abuse of any sort is harmful? How could he not know after taking the Ministry Safe course for more than a decade? .
He was not ignorant because the letter that he wrote about Ira Hobbs and another pedophile in 2008 demonstrates that he knew and also did nothing to boot Ira out of this fellowship and allowed him to remain in a meeting with children until two weeks ago. The best that Ray can do for this fellowship is to step down. That would be the first indication that he takes the error of his ways seriously. It would help to show he genuinely cares about the flock and it would help restore trust. Anything short of that is like tinkling brass!

  12. Hoffman stated above that “recently we have become much more aware of the various aspects of CSA, the lifelong damage to the victims, the ways of the perpetrator”. HOWEVER, in his May 30, 2008 letter regarding serial CSA offender Ira Hobbs (which is on Wings for Truth), Hoffman stated that “this kind of abuse (CSA) often leaves emotional, mental and spiritual scars that can plague the victims for many years to come”. The letter also had an attachment titled “Information on Child Sex Offenders”. Based on this, it appears that Hoffman DID KNOW the effects that CSA had on victims over 15 YEARS ago!

  13. A reply letter to RH, written by a CSA survivor, recently posted on ex2x2:

    https://ex2x2.info/2023/06/20/hensley-theresa-chambers/

The details/circumstances described in above letter bear striking resemblance to that of an incognito letter posted a couple months prior:

    https://ex2x2.info/2023/04/01/my-testimony/

Apparently, RH was aware of the ongoing CSA at the time. Also, not sure if I understand correctly… RH admits that he was victimized (SA) at age 21…??? (June letter)

  14. Too angry to comment. Ray, you are a piece of ***t to even write at this point in the game. Just give it up. You gave it up years ago, as far as being right is concerned .

  15. One really needs to give credit to Mr. Jim Holt for taking the group mainstream in North Carolina and moving the two conventions (Denton and Shelby) from the farms to rented halls in Greensboro and Gastonia. This move will greatly reduce or maybe even eliminate CSA/SA, since convention preps will no longer be necessary. And with only 2 meeting per day over a long weekend, time at the halls will be limited to meetings and lunch – like a special meeting, only for 3 straight days. This practice needs to be normalized the world over.

Thinking Mr. Holt may be a good man to replace Ray, Dale, and Barry – wonder if the CCF group can send another letter to those three with that demand – maybe get over a 1000 signatures this time. Never been to Carolina, but kudos to Mr. Holt for coming up with this plan. Absolutely brilliant.

    1. Sorry to disappoint you Max but Jim hasn’t been completely transparent. All of the fields in Virginia didn’t find out about Hodgie Holgersen CSA/SA , my meeting found out on Wings. He has charges for CSA of boys his trial is in October. Hodgie lives in Virginia . Also Harold Brown has close ties to Virginia, he lives in Illinois but often visited the state. Harold is facing criminal charges for CSA, check the AFTT page . On top of that Jim was told by a victim 25 years ago about Harold’s abuse when Jim was a worker in Illinois and he did nothing about it.
I agree it is a good step for North Carolina, but he is Virginia’s Overseer also and business as usual for our conventions it seems. Anyway, that is what was expressed at the listening session a couple weeks ago. Maybe the folks in NC (the Bible belt) are demanding change while people here have their head in the sand.

      1. Sick, Life is full of disappointments – this bit of news is just one more. Guess Holt is not the best man to replace the Big Three. Maybe it is God’s plan to let the whole thing go the way of the West – an old cowboy term for those living in your parts. Sorry that you have to deal with peds like Hodgie and Harold. Perverts in the group seem to be as thick as grasshoppers in Oklahoma this time of year.

  16. Everyone needs to look at the letters posted. Really look at these letters. Read them, really read them and you will see the writers, and the writers concern and intentions. Jim Holt states, “We are very sorry for the pain, sorrow and misunderstanding that victims of Child Sexual Abuse have faced”. Good for you Jim! Yes!!! Stand, and applaud, Jim. Jim Holt spells it out AND calls it what IT is, “Child Sexual Abuse”. Thank you, Jim Holt. YOU get IT!!! Now, everyone read what Ray Hoffman writes, “It seems best to me to just speak from my heart in this letter…We all have been distressed by the recent disclosures of criminal and immoral offenses by our fellow workers and also friends. I acknowledge that our ignorance and lack of education and awareness on CSA”. CSA??? Ray has been down playing child sex abuse, and covering for perverts for a long time — why? WHY sterilize a subject of such gravity? CSA? Why minimize a subject so huge, of such significance? Why cover for creeps that scar innocent victims for life? It is very obvious Ray Hoffman doesn’t see sexual child abuse as any big deal — for some reason only Ray Hoffman can explain. Real people are getting hurt, and will forever remain hurt. It looks like someone does get it, though. Jim Holt. t
Thank you for SOMEONE finally stepping up to the plate, and calling Child Sexual Abuse, what it is. CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE!!! Ray Hoffman, you struck out, end of innings, end of game. In fact, Ray Hoffman, it’s the end of the series. It’s time you stepped down; you don’t get IT!!! Actually, Ray, it’s simple. Christ Jesus loved children. More than any thing. Anyone hurt a child, that is not tolerated. Zero tolerance. You missed that bench mark.

  17. Thank you SICK OF THE COVERUPS for your post and update. While Jim Holt called, CHILD SEX ABUSE for what it is and not the sanitized acronym of CSA, that Ray Hoffman uses, Jim Holt is in the same company as Ray. “Jim (Holt) was told by a victim 25 years ago about Harold’s abuse when Jim was a worker in Illinois and he did nothing about it”. These guys appear to be guided by one singular power, and it most certainly doesn’t appear to be that of God. With the entire leadership being corrupted it is no longer a mystery why there’s so much corruption in the ranks. No way to go from a swamp to a pristine pool with this leadership.

  18. Re-read the false introduction letter from “your brother Jim. “
As though he just received this letter from Ray he so “wholeheartedly agrees with.”
    I’m sure he agreed.
They wrote the letter together at Richmond Quebec Convention for a week.
I can’t say, but wouldn’t be surprised we also paid for a legal review.
It is not true from start to finish.
But is working to build the defence.
If we are happy having dis-honest workers, these two are continuing to expose what they are.

  19. Point of View

As a victim of abuse, there isn’t a punishment harsh enough for those who have hurt us.

Try as I may, I cannot see the pov of a predator. Because that mindset is beyond my understanding. Taking advantage of children or the young people and even adults put in positions beyond their control, being forced is not unlike slavery. It is a type of punishment for a sin we never committed. So if victims are forced to be in a position not of their fault or doing; all the while made to feel like they are the problem tells me the absolute truth of these situations. Predators should never have a pov. Their feelings should never count or matter.  Their lives shouldn’t matter.

I find those who want to give predators the benefit of doubt, thinking in some way they can be saved and they will change and be truly remorseful; are as ignorant and naive as an innocent baby. These people think that because for one moment or another, these predators gave valuable advice or was a source of strength in a weak moment that they should be given mercy. What EVERYONE who is turning a blind eye to this needs to understand is that predators NEVER change their spots. They are NOT redeemable. They just become more secretive in their conquests. A broken watch is right twice a day. So a predator can have a moment of actual humanity and kindness toward another.  Just because these predators have a position of authority in our faith does NOT make them safe to be among ANYONE on the face of the earth. They belong in prison and if not there, completely removed from God’s family forever. If there is to be mercy for their souls, let it be God ONLY who gives it to them. Pretending these people can be saved from their ugly sin is like trying to convince people that a pile of cow manure is chocolate cake. Throw a little icing of forgiveness onto the actions of these people and force feeding this to God’s own is DISGUSTING.

I also think there needs to be a posted list of all predators with pictures available at every convention in all the sleeping quarters. I see a ton of names on this site but I have no clue who they are or what they look like. Put up BEWARE OF signs with names and faces.
