Overseer Dan, whose hurts and injuries? What did you do? This leaves more questions than answers. This is a bizarre exit letter. Does this have something to do with the FBI investigation? Did you have a lawyer write this?
Why do overseers never give a straight answer?
If you search on this site, there is a letter from the Fords to Dan which describes his sexual relationships. Dan also wrote to his field re: Dean Bruer that”there is NO active investigation taking place at this time. They are referring people who call to me, and no one has called me yet.” Which was clearly baloney.
Just looked at the August 3, 2023 letter from the Fords. Worker Lawty could teach Former Overseers Thayer, LeRoy, Bruer, Leslie White and others a thing or two about messing around. These guys have no limits. Unbelievable stuff, but unfortunately it is true. What an outfit.

I remember the letter you are referring to on the site. At the time, I thought he was subtly trying to scare people from talking. It was like, if you talk I’ll know because they will call me.
These people are nasty! It is clear that the evil in the organisation rise to the top. Makes you wonder who is it’s head. Is it the God of Israel?
I maintain that the problems with the meetings are symptoms of the false doctrine. It is very subtle. Apparently, rat poison is 99% food and 1% poison but if you eat it it will kill you. A false gospel can be 99% truth but the 1% lie will lead to spiritual death for many.
KJV 1st John 2:21 – I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.
@Very Confused – I agree. But, when one chooses to not tell the truth, we are all left scratching our heads. The word “withdrawn” is of greatedst concern here. Never mind the rest of it.
I have lost track of the number of overseers that have been exposed over the past year due to CSA/SA/porn addiction/girl friends and now Worker Dan and his issues. Thought overseers were the cream of the crop.
Wanted to revisit this quote from the Glenn Gasser letter to the Badger State “friends” regarding Overseer Dean Bruer’s wicked past escapades (CSA and SA), dated March 29, 2023 and posted on Wings:
“Likely the apostles were very shocked & ashamed when Judas’ secret sin came to light. His sin didn’t mean they were all dishonest, but likely they bore some reproach because of it. Though they weren’t perfect, the 11 & others proved to be true men & God used them to help accomplish his purpose through the book of Acts”.
Overseer Gasser was trying to say above that Overseer Bruer was a modern day Judas and all of the rest of the Overseers and Workers were as pure as the wind driven snow. Over one year later, we now know that Overseer Gasser was either lying, lacking intelligence, or had his head in the sand. Also, Overseer Gasser minimized what Overseer Bruer did and called it a “sin”, instead of a “crime”.
Bucky, you made some very interesting points. In overseer Gasser’s quote it’s said, “..(Judas) sin didn’t mean they were all dishonest, but likely they bore some reproach because of it. Though they weren’t perfect, the 11 & others proved to be true men…”
Being true men, and true men of God, are two completely different things. Just recently with overseer Dan Lawty showing he was a “true man” through his sexual escapades. He most definitely was not a man of God. Also, with Scott Rauscher following porn sites and not Christian web sites, is not a man of God, but just a true man. Look at overseers in California trying to get confessed paedophile Gilbert Smith back in meetings where children would be present. These guys are truly just men. Not men of God.
The list goes on and on with the overseers. Jerome Frandle, long time overseer, always had his favorite minions. When they got caught doing evil sexual abuse, he was there to get them “out of Dodge” to a new territory where they and their deeds were unknown. Spending time in jail just put him on ice until he could make his return to “overseer”. Again, just being a true man.
What is needed is true men of God. As overseer Gasser knows, the best the system can produce are “true men”, because God doesn’t have a seat at the table. And, the workers are NOT anything like the men of God that stood by Jesus. That is not even a question.

I agree with everything you have said. There are just men who put on put on a shirt and tie while playing the part. However, they are not very good at it. For years, it was clear that a lot of things did not line up with the word of God.
There was a case with two sister workers years ago, a brother worker and a number of young women (all of age). What came out was the immorality among the workers! The itimate relationships and the secret life and lies. It was sex, lies and internet. When Barry Barkley was told he sent an email out stating, “I am sorry that the workers’ business has gotten out among the friends.”
My response was workers’ business is the friends business. If workers’ want to be in relationships, they should be honest before God and get married or live how ever they want. Living a lie, while having people support them under false pretenses is wrong on many levels.
How many parents would support healthy grown children in relationships? Not many! Most people would want independence. The only reason people support workers’ is because of what they are suppose to represent. Therefore, the moment they start molesting, abusing, entering into relationships and covering up abuse; the deal is off. They should be on their own working and supporting themselves and finding their own paid accommodation.
It is difficult for people to let go of the system that has abused and taken advantage of them. It’s like letting go of a body part or losing a loved one. However, if a part of the body offends you, it should be cut off. This is what it says in the good book. Many of them have already cut themselves off from the body through their deeds. They are as dead limbs, not serving any real purpose to the body but weighing it down and hindering it from moving forward in a healthy way.
The only way forward is separation from what is toxic.

I am saying that parents do not normally support adult children especially in relationships. Children move out and get their own place and make their own choices as to how they want to live.
Therefore, why do professing people need to support grown men and women by giving them money, food, clothing and shelter when they are not living as true homeless celibate preachers.
Many of them have been scamming the friends getting support that should be for honest, decent preachers who are practicing what they preach.
These dishonest people are using the friends in a way that most people would not allow their children to get away with. In addition they control the people in their own homes by telling them what they can and cannot do. It is so wicked what they do.

I don’t necessarily agree these men were true men whether you differentiate between a true man and a true man of God or not, and say they are two completely different things.
It is very evident they had covered themselves up with the fig leaves of religious enterprise. I do not see anything true in that.

They are NOT men of God. These guys are a level below regular
“evil” because they pretend to be so righteous. They are true men of the earth, chasing porn and every other vice of pleasure. We had a worker, Ben Tenniswood, (Ben A Tenniswood, 77, Phoenix, AZ) who preached on women needing to wear their hair up because it was too sensual otherwise.
Ben had a drinking problem, though. Later he spent significant time in the lock up for his numerous DUI incidents. Rules for thee but not for me. Or, at least the man made rules for thee. Mark S, it is not that these phoney baloney, plastic bananas are “real men”, or “real men of God”; they are real men of the earth, talking about living in the “vine” while eating the forbidden fruit. And, covering up with a fig leaf in an attempt to fool people. And, some of the people they do fool.

In Dan Lawty’s first version of his exit letter he talked of the “love” he had for the people, and he talked of being in their “homes”. Now that he has omitted that phrase from the updated version, it makes one wonder if his, “mistakes/offenses/sin, that have hurt you or injured you” was committed in home visits.
Since the Dean Bruer escapades were uncovered, there has been numerous overseers that have quit due to similar reasons as reported here. Does anyone have a count on how many overseers have been kicked out or quit?
Lastly, Dan, don’t say what you did wrong was “mistakes”. You were in power. You were in charge. You didn’t mistakenly do anything. It was what you wanted to do at the time and it wasn’t a mistake. The only mistake you made was thinking you could get away with your offenses and sin.
Most all of the overseers that have gone down are from the upper midwest, west, and northwest. Overseers from the rest of the USA appear to be more crafty – they have keep their mouths shut regarding CSA/SA and have acted like it is not an issue in their states.
GA/SC/FL overseer said @ conv to those of us still concerned…”it’s not an issue in our areas & will no longer be discussed. It’s time to move on. We spent 6 weeks giving opportunity for people to meet w/us & we are done”
Meetings were w/overseer, overseer in training & workers assigned to the field. Only would meet individually w/couples, not groups. Talk about intimidation!!
So now he’s proudly saying it’s not an issue in his states. Just bc you refuse to look at a clogged/overflowing toilet, doesn’t mean it’s not happening.
sljholt- If you are talking about Overseer Kelvin Naef, he was schooled by Overseer Jerome Frandle over 40 years ago in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We all know Overseer Jerome’s story: transport of a ped out of Michigan, denying at trial that he was a minister, and spending time in the Big House (and I am not referring to the UM football stadium).
BTW – my molester was respected Worker John Hendy in Florida. He is now dead but I still reported him to the FBI. I seriously doubt that anything has changed in Florida regarding CSA since those days of the evil Worker Hendy.
We also need to consider who is following in Kelvin’s foot steps- Carl Nelson who has been reported to have sexually harassed a female worker and demonstrating a variety of red flag behavior. Turns out you can’t watch Archie porn and remain a worker, but you can sexually harass and have a redacted police report and be on the ladder for a worker promotion. Carl, please post a non redacted 2019 police report. The people paying your bills deserve to know the truth.
@police report, are you for real? Could you please explain a little more of what in the world you are talking about? You have heard?. A rumor or more directly from? And what is sexual harassment?? Sounds really bad but a little heard to fathom. And then we have a redacted police report? So who is supposed to have done the redacting? Why not just go online and get an unredacted report if it is there?
Credible allegations were reported to AFT about Carl sexually harassing a female worker.
The Myrtle Beach police will not issue a nonredacted police report; however, I’m sure Carl has one as well as the FBI.
Why was Carl driving in party area of Myrtle Beach in the middle of the night and was pulled over and processed for erratic driving? What substances were in his body? Who paid the fees and truck insurance?
Carl needs to answer these questions.

After my daughter was abused by a male worker, a very long time church member told me, “the way is perfect it’s just that a few people aren’t “. I didn’t buy that answer. Letting someone off just because they made a “mistake”.
Since that time, which preceded the big reveal from Dean Bruer, when the illusion of his saintly life shattered, there has been a steady stream of not only workers, but overseers that have been shown to be living shameful, filthy lives.
The percentage of these “overseers”, compared to the total number of overseers out there, is more than what one would call “a few”. And, these overseers, whose despicable actions have been shown the light of day, are just the ones that have been exposed!
What is with these guys?! Yes, they are human but they are also THE LEADERS OF THE CHURCH! Don’t they get that? People in general have difficulties in their lives. How are they supposed to get spiritual guidance and help from someone who is so derelict in their own life spiritually, but yet wear the mantle of the spiritual authority of the people?
It’s very doubtful that there is an overseer that is free of any knowledge that should not be disclosed. Either in their own lives, or the lives of other overseers. It is very sad. And, it’s not just “a few”. It is a huge mess. With more to come.
Non-stop nonsense – I agree, but I don’t believe that humans should be seeking spiritual guidance from other humans. I believe that everyone has their own, direct connection to the divine. The priest class claims that we must go through them to get to god. But the catch is that they hold out their greedy hands and the price of entry is high. A temporal realm can feed a person in a certain manner, but if they have any enterprising aura about them, one can be sure they have no real knowledge or interest or belief or understanding of the spiritual realm. Now it seems, is the people’s day of opportunity to understand what is written in the only writing in the playbook of religious enterprise – the only writing in the book that is fully sanctioned by the Holy Spirit. And to Dan Lawty – you bailed the bus …it appears. You will be bruised and broken if you did. If you did, maybe if you could now pull yourself together, stick any remaining religious enterprising pride and arrogance in your pocket, and please walk back up the road and help even one soul that is languishing in the ditch. Plowed there by the campaign bus of religious enterprise. You will know where they are; you will hear their cries. There will be Another that has heard their cries long enough and is asking ‘is there anyone that will help them?’ He will help you do what I perceive you might need to do. But please don’t delay. No man can tell you when the Hour might be up. Otherwise? An angel or two might be being prepared to take care of the matter. And the angels I perceive?… have a manner of going about things at times that shows people in no uncertain terms, ‘all was not well after all!’ From what I understand, they don’t seem to dilly-dally and hum and haw when they are asked to go and take care of a mess. And it will not be a long and drawn out process.

we recently had a wonderful lady go onto her reward as a virtuous woman , way past 100. When I asked another about her she said she always thought of this verse when she thought about her.
I agree Amen. Those are good verses you write. I don’t suppose you were expecting a ‘yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir’ reply.
And my hat would likely also be off to that older sister – but I may suggest people might have reflected on the beautiful spirit that may have come forth from her life. How she processed information, no one would know.
It certainly would be lovely though to live in a world, or mind, where all thoughts can be made lovely. To think that we can massage things enough in our own mind day-to-day to turn all things we see before us at all times into things of good report, things that are virtuous, things that are praiseworthy…that will take a bit of massaging of the frontal cortex and possibly some measure of manipulation in our heads. Otherwise, maybe some people may have a handy delete-key or erase button to move the not-so-lovely and not so praiseworthy things into the dust bin. Some people may have that ability; me not so much. It is difficult for me to see someone lying in the ditch wounded and have the ability to turn the vision into sugarplums in my head.
From another point of the verse, I never grew up in the age of ‘everyone gets a trophy’. There was a reality back in the day that not everyone got a prize for their effort, whatever degree of effort that may have been. Sometimes in life, praise is not forthcoming for a reason. I agree praise has its place. But there can be some detrimental results, possibly even sinister results, when praise is coerced, expected of a figurehead, misplaced, or used as a tool.
And as far as thinking only on those things that are true, I would agree this is the better way. The words of Jesus are true, but some other things we read in the book that people call God’s Truth will play silly-buggar with the true words of Jesus. We end up making the math work whether it computes or not. It is recorded that Jesus told us the Holy Spirit would lead us into all truth. I question why religious enterprise says that that is not true.
And I am not saying this was your intent in mentioning this verse to me, but I do believe it would be a pot-o-gold verse for the enterprise to lather on to the people in the present circumstances: “…:if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.”
And as far as being entertaining, I do not really intend it that way. You were likely pushing my button, but that is okay. Mankind has a propensity to be entertained. I am okay with my writing being entertaining I suppose if it prompts a person to think. If a certain way of writing engages the reader, then bonus. But I went back and read my writing a couple more times and I fail to find some entertaining value in it. But I do understand the reality – one man’s tragedy is often another man’s entertainment.

Isn’t that Gospel of the Grace of God through the “faith of Christ” a great found Joy – that we never knew for 7 decades as we followed the only-one-rightway. Everyday we thank our great God and savior – Jesus Christ that 2 Corinthians 5:14 -:15……and our HOPE is “and rose again”! Which finishes with verse :21 and we realize it is this fact of God’s LOVE that now saves us. BUT is off-limits for 2×2’s! We pray with deep longing for all the souls like Amen. Those who like Philippians 4:8 but refuse to recognize it is NOT the Gospel Jesus and the 12 ministered.

@Brother Mark, if I were you I would be a little leery of getting kudos from astounded. I’m personally quite happy that he sees that his “new’ gospel that says we are to follow Paul but not Jesus is way beyond my comprehension.

I did have a few words with him one time about 10 months ago that I was not in agreement with that gospel he espouses. And told him the spirit of his over-the-top agreement with me in my other certain point of view unsettled my spirit. I did subsequently come to understand he knows some pain though, so I hear him out. The least I can do. I do try to understand the meaning from which the spirit that is coming forth from pain manifests itself. Most times we know not the layers of pain that need to be peeled away in a person’s life, and the subsequent pain of peeling each layer, and a new spirit it may bring.
And when I say pain, I don’t mean the terrible pain of a bruised ego. Nor the fierce pain felt by enterprising individuals when it is revealed their books were cooked. Pouring salt in to those wounds will likely be the most effective balm for their noisome sores.

When you are able to read with understanding Romans 11:, you will be able to realize THAT yes, Paul was given the Gospel of the grace of God: which was not a “new gospel” as Ephesians 3:9 explains this ‘fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world ’HATH BEEN HID IN God”

Maybe this will help you see as you understand Romans 11:7 – :12 THAT – THAT which was so prophesied: is happening. Nation of Israel IS SET-Aside! For a reason! Romans 11:12 – :15…. When that “reason is fulfilled” and God, the Father with God, the Son “will bring in the “fulness” of the Gentiles according to 1 Corinthians 15:51 -:54 = 1 Thessalonians 4:13 – :18
THEN and Only then will God according to his covenant ((That Jesus and the 12 Preached to that Nation of Israel ”will be fulfilled”))! Yep, no YOKE!

This sing songy meaningless jibber jabber, trying to sound Christ like, is so pathetic. Talking about “early this morning…”, Dan wants so bad to be taken seriously when he knows he has done disgusting things, and he knows that other people have figured out who he is and what he is all about.

You can just see everyone taking notes and thinking how wonderful it all is. Then the ” overseer” says, “I also have a sorry heart because of my mistakes/offenses/sin, that have hurt you or injured you in any way. I’m sorry and apologize to each of you.”
People are thinking, “this guy sounds like he is speaking straight from heaven, now what is he saying about offenses, sin, hurting people and injuring people?!
It would be refreshing if it could be acknowledged that wine is okay, dancing is good, talking normal and not meaningless jibber jabber is good, and hurting and injuring other people is bad. It’s not that difficult, unless you’re part of the cult. And being a cult leader is always good because there is always no judgement on leadership. Just ask Scott Rauscher, Jerome Frandle, or for that matter, Dean Bruer. Just wonderful men of the vine.
